Vietnam Package Vacation – Tour of Highlights in 12 Days
Vietnam Package Vacation is a private trip with personal service allowing travelers to explore wonderful places throughout Vietnam in 12 days. You can experience local culture in the way you feel.
Vacation destinations: Hanoi capital – Ha Long Bay – Sapa – Hoi An Ancient Town – Ho Chi Minh City – Cu Chi Tunnels – Mekong River Delta

Day 1
Hanoi arrival
Welcome to Vietnam Package Vacation. On arrival, we pick you up and transfer from airport to your hotel. Afterward, take a guided tour of French and Old Quarters.
Optional: Street food tour
Day 2
Ha Long Bay 1 day (B, L)
Take a 2-hour drive to Ha Long. Go on a 4 – 6-hour cruise (according to the schedule you choose) around the bay. Admire the beauty of bay and amazing shapes islands and stone rocks. Return to Hanoi in late afternoon.
Day 3
Travel to Sapa (B, L)
Morning, drive to the mountain town of Sapa (approx. 5 hours). After arriving, we have lunch before check-in and take a rest.
Afternoon, visit Cat Cat, home to many H’mong ethnic people. Enjoy wonderful landscape with an amazing waterfall along the way.
Day 4
Further explore Sapa – Hanoi (B)
Option 1: take a hiking tour to explore one of Vietnam’s most beautiful valleys with stunning terraced fields scattered around.
Option 2: Conquer Fansipan considered the roof of Indochina.
After a morning tour, we will drive to Hanoi.
Day 5
Hanoi cultural sites – Hue (B, L)
Visit the most popular attractions such as Ho Chi Minh Complex, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Temple of literature, and Hoa Lo historic site (or chose any other cultural sites you are interested)
Late afternoon, transfer to the airport for a 1-hour flight to Hue. On arrival, pick you up for a short drive to your hotel.
Day 6
Hue City Tour (B, L)
Explore Hue’s most famous historical sites including Thien Mu pagoda, Citadel, Khai Dinh Mausoleum, An Hien traditional Garden House. You can also visit Dong Ba by the Perfume River (if you wish and time is permitted).
Day 7
Hue – Hoi An (B)
Morning, check out and depart for Hoi An. There are several wonderful places on the way you can stop and enjoy such as stunning Lang Co beach, mighty Hai Van Pass, and impressive Marble Mountain.
Late afternoon, your guide will escort you to explore the ancient town of Hoi An.
Day 8
Hoi An Excursion (B, L)
Take a cycling tour (a chance for you to visit Tra Que organic vegetable village, An Bang stunning beach, fishing villages). Try a basket boat ride in the coconut/palm jungle village of Cam Thanh. Take a private boat trip cruising back to the town, watch sunset over the river if time and weather are permitted.
Day 9
Saigon Exploration (B)
Morning, driver takes you to Da Nang Airport for a one-hour flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Here you will be picked up for a tour of city. Recommended attractions: Cathedral, Saigon Post Office, War remnants Museum, Independence Palace.
Day 10
Historic site of Cu Chi (B, L)
Travel to historic site of Cu Chi Tunnels which was built during Vietnam war. Here, you can visit part of tunnel system, traps, reserves of weapon and ammunition, dispensary facilities for surgery, shelters for meeting, and smoke-tight Hoang-Cam kitchen. Return to your hotel in Saigon center in the afternoon.
Day 11
Mekong 1 Day (B)
Drive to My Tho (approx. 2 hours). On arrival, take a local boat to explore the Mekong. Other activities we take on tour: Visit a local coconut candy and pop rice workshop; Take a sampan along small canals; Cycling/walking through fruit gardens on the island.
Day 12
Departure(B)
Morning is at leisure or hanging around the city before the driver take you to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for your onward flight. End of Vietnam Package Vacation in 12 Days.
