North Vietnam Vacation: Hanoi, Sapa, Halong Bay
North Vietnam Vacation is created to give you the opportunity to discover the most popular places in Northern region of Vietnam in 6 days. We hope you will have a wonderful excursion with interesting activities on your vacation.
Day 1
Hanoi Arrival
The first day of the North Vietnam Vacation, you will be warmly welcomed at Noi Bai airport by our representative. We will then take you to your hotel. Check in and have a break before taking a guided walking tour to discover local life in the Old and French Quarters, one of the most interesting places in Vietnam.
Day 2
Hanoi – Sapa (B, L, D)
In the morning: take a guided city tour to discover historical sites which include Tran Quoc Pagoda, Temple of Literature and Ba Dinh Square.
In the afternoon: we will travel to Sapa Mountain Town (approx. 5-hour drive). On arrival, your guide will help you check in. Rest of your day is at leisure.
Day 3
Sapa Exploration(B)
After breakfast, we will spend 3 to 4 hours hiking down to Lao Chai and Ta Van villages where you will encounter H’mong and Day ethnic people and admire spectacular terraced fields along the way. Afternoon is at your leisure to relax or explore the town center. Optional Tour: visiting Ham Rong Mountain or Fansipan “Indochina Roof”.
Day 4
Sapa – Hanoi (B)
Morning, we will visit another village which belongs to H’mong ethnic people. Here you can meet local people, see how they make their living and enjoy beautiful waterfall. Afternoon, drive to Hanoi.
Day 5
Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)
Morning, travel to the World Heritage Site of Halong bay. After a 3.5 hour-drive we will arrive at the Halong wharf where you will start cruising. Stay overnight on board.
Day 6
Halong Bay – Hanoi/airport (B, L)
Explore further in the Bay. Back to the wharf at noon. Transfer to Hanoi/airport. End of North Vietnam Vacation.
