A guided cooking tour in Hoi An begins by cycling from your hotel to the local market where you will learn about local fruits and veggies. Then buy some items for the cooking lesson before riding to Tra Que Organic Vegetable village. At the village, your guide will take you walking around Tra Que farms smelling and tasting the local ingredients as well as spent time with farmers who provide instruction on traditional cultivation methods.
