Hoi An cooking tour
A guided cooking tour in Hoi An begins by cycling from your hotel to the local market where you will learn about local fruits and veggies. We then buy some items for the cooking lesson before riding to Tra Que Organic Vegetable village. At the village, your guide will take you walking around Tra Que farms smelling and tasting the local ingredients as well as spent time with farmers who provide instruction on traditional cultivation methods. Afterwards, you will start the cooking lesson and learn how to make flowers and animals from vegetables. You then enjoy what you have cooked. Return to your hotel in the afternoon.
